Nicola Faulconbridge
Assistant HMI (His Majesty’s Inspector)
Biography
Assistant Chief Constable Nicola Faulconbridge joined HMICFRS as an Assistant HMI (His Majesty’s Inspector) on a 12-month secondment from Kent Police in October 2022.
She provides additional support to policing inspection teams in the northern region.
Assistant HMI Faulconbridge has worked for Kent Police for over 21 years in a wide variety of roles across the force. She is a strategic firearms commander and has held the position of Assistant Chief Constable since 2018, most recently for central operations, including firearms, roads policing and public order.
