Cause of concern, Letter, PEEL  — 

During our inspection of West Mercia Police between 6 September 2021 and 1 October 2021, we identified a cause of concern. This letter provides an update on our findings following a revisit in July 2023.

This report describes our findings following an inspection of South Wales Police custody facilities. The inspection was conducted jointly by HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services and the Care Quality Commission in June 2023.
