The National Crime Agency was created in 2013 to lead the UK’s fight against serious and organised crime. In 2014, HMIC published An inspection of the NCA, which examined how efficient and effective it was in undertaking the statutory requirement of the criminal intelligence function with regard to information. This report sets out the findings of a progress inspection.
