Between 7 and 11 April 2025, Ofsted, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services, the Care Quality Commission and HM Inspectorate of Probation carried out a joint targeted area inspection of the multi-agency response to children who are victims of domestic abuse in Redcar and Cleveland.
