Strategic Policing Requirement

A document setting out the view of the Home Secretary on national threats that the police must address and the national policing capabilities required to counter those threats. It aims to support police and crime commissioners and chief constables in balancing local and national priorities effectively and in driving improvements to their forces’ response to serious and cross-boundary incidents.
