Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO)

An order made under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by a court on an individual who is considered to pose a risk of sexual harm to either the general public or a certain group of people or individuals. It may impose any restriction the court deems necessary for the purpose of protecting the public from sexual harm.
