A force management statement is a self-assessment that chief constables (and London equivalents) prepare and submit to HMICFRS each year.

This report describes our findings following an inspection of Thames Valley Police custody facilities. The inspection assessed the effectiveness of custody services and outcomes for detained people throughout the different stages of detention.
