Today, Ofsted published a report with findings from a joint inspection of multi-agency arrangements for responding to children’s mental health in Plymouth. The inspection was undertaken by HMICFRS, Ofsted, the Care Quality Commission and HMI Probation.

This rolling programme will be completed over a period of several years and will report on the progress made by forces since the 2014 crime data integrity inspection.
