Fire and Rescue Services: Warwickshire

During our inspection of Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service in April and May 2021, we identified three causes of concern:

the service hasn’t done enough since the last inspection to develop prevention activity that prioritises those most at risk of fire;
the service hasn’t done enough since the last inspection to identify its highest-risk premises to inform its risk-based inspection programme; and
the service isn’t taking a proportionate approach to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace.

We revisited the service in February 2022 to review progress against the causes of concern.
