Responses to the super-complaint from the Criminal Justice Alliance about police use of stop and search
In December 2023, His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services, the College of Policing and the Independent Office for Police Conduct published a report on the Criminal Justice Alliance super-complaint on Section 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and independent community scrutiny of stop and search.
Today the responses from bodies subject to recommendations and actions made in this report have been published on GOV.UK.
