Between November 2021 and January 2022, we inspected London Fire Brigade. During the inspection, we identified two causes of concern, one of which related to preventing fires.

We revisited the brigade in January 2023 and published our findings in February 2023.

On 29 and 30 August 2023, we conducted a further revisit to review progress against our recommendations.

This letter provides an update on our findings.
