During our inspection of Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) between March and April 2023, we identified a cause of concern related to fire protection:

The service hasn’t done enough since the last inspection to determine its highest-risk premises to inform its risk-based inspection programme.

In October 2023, Warwickshire FRS submitted an action plan setting out how it would address the area of concern and our recommendations.

In February 2025, we carried out a revisit to review progress against the action plan. This has resulted in the closure of the cause of concern.

This letter provides an update on our findings.
