Fire and Rescue Services: Lincolnshire

During our inspection of Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service in April and May 2021, we identified two causes of concern:

the service hasn’t taken enough action since the last inspection to appropriately resource its protection function; and
the service hasn’t done enough since the last inspection to improve equality, diversity and inclusion in the service.

We revisited the service between 28 February and 2 March 2022 to review progress against the causes of concern.

This letter gives an update on our findings.
