Gwent PEEL Assessments 2021/2022

In 2021/22, we carried out a PEEL inspection of Gwent Police. PEEL stands for police efficiency, effectiveness and legitimacy.

We inspected how well the force performed in ten areas of policing.

Most of these areas were then graded as outstanding, good, adequate, requires improvement or inadequate.
