A review of law enforcement and criminal justice bodies in the British Virgin Islands: Volume 2 – a road map for 2025 to 2035

Today, we published volume two of a review commissioned by the then Governor of the British Virgin Islands John James Rankin CMG.

We were commissioned to review nine public sector bodies in the British Virgin Islands.

In volume one, we focused on recommending action that law enforcement and criminal justice bodies could take quickly.

In this second volume of our report, we set out a road map for change over the next ten years. It details improvements to how some of these bodies operate and how some functions might be carried out more efficiently or effectively.
