Accelerated procedures

As per Independent Office for Police Conduct statutory guidance, police forces can use these procedures to prioritise a hearing with the chief constable. They are used to address complaints or conduct matters that have clear evidence of gross misconduct. And they are used when it is in the public interest for a member of a force to be dismissed without delay.
